Laura has been in the title and escrow industry for over 40 years. She is an experienced subdivision escrow officer, both in land acquisitions and sale-outs. Laura is our Branch Manager for the New  Home Center and leads by example. She has worked with multiple developments in Granite Bay and she was involved with Treelake Subdivision, Douglas Ranch, Los Lagos and Clos Du Lac. Laura has experience with mapping and lot line adjustments for builders. Laura is detail oriented and a problem solver.  There is no escrow too hard or too big of a challenge. She has a deep understanding of the business and communicates efficiently throughout the course of the project.

Laura has 4 children, all grown, between the ages of 28 and 37. She loves to travel, especially to beach destinations!  She spent many years traveling to Tahoe, mountain skiing with her kids.  Her son was on the Sierra at Tahoe snowboard team. She is a true classic rock fan and loves music and dancing. Music is how she relaxes, and she loves to attend concerts. Her future goals include learning the guitar and learning how to play golf.
